So once a week she goes to the Bremen food bank to stock up on groceries. And she’s not alone in this. Andreas Schröder, managing director and manager of the Bremer Tafel, has to plan anew every day where he will get enough food and how he will distribute it fairly to his customers. The donations are decreasing, but more and more people seeking help want support from the Tafel.
