I didn’t dare watch the race
When met in Membalan Village, West Lombok, Monday (21/3/2022), Risman said he never expected to experience a series of surprising events.
Not only being able to meet the idol racer, but his name was also mentioned by the champion to make many people curious.
On the last day of MotoGP, when Red Bull KTM Tech 3 racer Miguel Oliveira was in action on the track, Risman admitted that he was tense.
He, who at that time held a joint watch (non-bar) with a number of his colleagues at Novotel Lombok, felt unable to witness the moments of determining the MotoGP champion.
Risman is afraid that Miguel will have an accident.
“I didn’t dare look in the last two laps, I was praying, which I was afraid of (Miguel) crash, and after that I was told that Miguel won, I was very proud,” he said, Monday (21/3/2022).

Togetherness with Oliveira
Then how was Risman’s moment of togetherness with Oliveira so that his name was so imprinted on the champion’s heart?
Risman admitted, actually his meeting with Miguel was quite short. However, there are some memorable moments.
“I was with Miguel Olivera not too long together. He arrived on March 17, 2022 and I didn’t see him at that time because it was noon, in the evening I met Miguel, and Chat,” said Risman.
Risman, who really idolizes Miguel, said that his family was very sad when he saw Miguel Oliveira fall during the Qatar MotoGP.
“I told him that my family and I were sad when I watched Miguel fall during the MotoGP in Qatar. I told him that, since then he started to be close to me,” said Risman.
An injection of Risman -style spirit for the champion
On match day, March 20, 2022, Risman met with Miguel Oliveira after breakfast.
That’s when Risman gave encouragement to Miguel. He is sure that his idol will come out victorious.
The hotel staff did a unique way to get Miguel Oliveira excited for the match.
Risman asked Miguel to climb on his back. He then carried the rider.
“I asked him to climb on my back, carrying an umbrella. At first Miguel was hesitant and said he was heavy, but he wanted to and we took a photo. It turned out that it was a sign that he won at the Mandalika MotoGP,” said Risman, not expecting it.
