In his youth, he had a great desire for the whole family to live together, so he built a house for everyone, but no one wanted to live in it.
“I don’t know why it occurred to me that I want my whole family together. I built a house for each of them, and there are 15 of them here. And now that 20 years have passed, no one needs anything,” says Krūmiņš.
“That’s one of my biggest mistakes,” he concludes.
He also came to another realization: “This shows only one thing, you don’t need to build anything, give nothing to children, let them build by themselves, choose their own path.”
At the moment, he is renting out the properties in Baltezer, because it is impossible to afford and buy the entire complex, it is a huge amount.
