Steiner Investment Foundation, the investment foundation of the general company Steiner, has made further progress. The current amount of Swiss Development Residential investments has reached 537 million francs, the foundation said on Wednesday evening.
In the first quarter, the invested capital still amounted to 467 million francs. The cumulative value of the portfolio reached 1.58 billion francs at the end of June against 1.34 billion three months earlier. With the acquisition of 7 projects in development, the number of projects in the portfolio stands at 36.
The other group of the foundation, “Swiss Development Commercial”, bought two office and commercial buildings in the canton of Bern. So far, only one building was in the portfolio.
In the third quarter, the foundation plans to make new acquisitions and raise new capital.
