The weekend of decisions throughout Brazil defined nine state champions, in addition to the title of the Copa do Nordeste. They are: Palmeiras, Fluminense, Atlético-MG, Grêmio, Fortaleza, Coritiba, Atlético-GO, Brusque, Cuiabá and Manaus. In addition to them, other states warmed up in their decisive phases. Coxa beat Maringá, 4-2, this Sunday, at Couto Pereira, and confirmed the advantage of the first leg to win the cup. Matheus Bianqui opened the scoring for Maringá, in the first half, but Alviverde came back devastating from the break. Alef Manga equalized, Igor Paixão scored two and put Coritiba in front. Gui Sales scored for Dogão, but Léo Gamalho closed the victory.
