Although the spread of the new coronavirus infection in Korea (Corona 19) has subsided, people who have been tested positive in all parts of the country have continued to emerge.
According to the quarantine authorities and local governments on the 9th, a total of 537 new corona19 confirmed cases were found from 0 a.m. to 6 p.m. that day. This is an increase of 61 people from the same period the day before.
The metropolitan area was still overwhelming. The regional distribution of confirmed patients is 355 (66.1%) in the metropolitan area and 182 (33.9%) in the non-metropolitan area.
Since the count is closed at midnight, the number of new confirmed cases to be announced as of 0:00 on the 10th is expected to increase. It is expected that it can soar to 600 as a minimum and 700 as many as possible.
In the new year, the spread of new cases has eased, with all of them showing less than 1,000 new cases except for two days. However, it is still too early to reassure infected people from all over the community.
In the case of major infections, 12 additional infections were confirmed in the 7th total inspection related to the Eastern Detention Center in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and the cumulative number of confirmed cases increased to 1192. In Ulsan, 18 people were added in relation to the Ulsan First Holiness Church, resulting in a cumulative number of 30.
In Gyeongnam, four users were tested positive through a preemptive examination at the Elderly Day Care Center in Jinju City. Seven soldiers were also confirmed in the air force unit located in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province.
