Use on the support for lecturer on common place

The lecturer in the common place can request the use on the support if he has the specific specialization, even if he is not in excess and his class of competition is not in the provincial surplus.

This is a possibility allowed by the CCNI, where the following is established in Article 2 paragraph 1 letter f):

“f) teaching teachers with curricular teaching in possession of the title of specialization of support or with a differentiated didactic address can ask to be used respectively on support or on schools with a different didactic address, within the same degree of education. […]”

Conclusions

The teacher mentioned by our reader can therefore be used on the support even if she is the owner of the subject and is not in excess, if she respects the conditions indicated in the CCNI
