The Spanish Football Federation has confirmed the exclusion of Jose Gaia from the list of the first team that will participate in the World Cup finals.

The Spanish Football Federation has announced that Jose Gaia has been left out of Spain’s squad for the World Cup finals.
The federation said in an official statement that the injury forced Gaia to leave the field of the Spanish national team, in the midst of the final preparations to participate in the World Cup in Qatar.
Spain coach Luis Enrique has chosen Barcelona player Alejandro Balde to replace Gaia in Spain’s World Cup squad, according to a statement from the Spanish Football Federation.
Spain participates in the Qatar 2022 World Cup from Group E, accompanied by Germany, Costa Rica and Japan.
