The social network is discussing the difference between receiving Lavrov and Burbock in India

On the social network Twitter, there is an active discussion of the difference that was observed at the airport of the Indian capital Delhi during the meeting between German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock and her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

You can compare the nature of the reception of the two ministers thanks to the video published by the RT DE portal in its Telegram-channel.

It shows that Annalena Burbock is met by three people – one manager and two officers. Moreover, they stand at a considerable distance, so that the woman had to go to them herself to shake hands with them.

While Lavrov was met by a large representative delegation, the members of which lined up right at the gangway. A large number of journalists also gathered.

“But we are told all the time that Russia is isolated,” — surprised one of the commentators.

Another stated that no one is going to greet those who support the use of force scenario in Ukraine:

“No one welcomes the instigator of the conflict”

“That was really embarrassing to watch!” wrote a third Twitter user.

Another commentator suggested that the episode showed that the world had changed. And these changes are clearly not in favor of Europe.

“We live in a new world order” he concluded.

The meeting of the G20 foreign ministers was held in New Delhi on March 1-2. It was attended by the heads of foreign affairs departments of the member countries of the group.

In addition, there were ministers and international organizations specially invited by India. India has invited ministers from Nigeria, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Singapore, Spain, Bangladesh, Egypt, Mauritius and the Netherlands to the summit.

As reported EADailyit was not possible to agree on the final declaration of this event, since the representatives of Western countries, as at last year’s meeting in Bali, tried to bring the topic of Ukraine to the fore.
