The new iPad for 2021 is already the ninth generation that Apple is launching. At the same time, the American company makes no secret of the fact that it considers this novelty to be a “cheap ticket to the world of Apple”. Thanks to the identical design with its predecessor, there is also an iconic button with a fingerprint reader under the display.

Major changes have taken place inside the device, which received a more powerful Apple A13 Bionic processor. The front camera with an ultra-wide range and a resolution of 12 megapixels is also worth highlighting. In addition, the camera has a number of advanced technologies, such as True Tone.

It will also replace a laptop
Prices for the basic version with 64GB of memory start at CZK 9,990, but they can easily climb up to CZK 17,490. For that amount, however, you already get 256GB of memory and LTE connectivity. Sales will start, as in the case of the new iPhones 13, next week on Friday, pre-orders are currently running.

There will be a range of optional accessories available, such as a detachable keyboard that allows the tablet to function essentially like a laptop.

Paradoxically, the iPad mini is more expensive despite its smaller proportions. The basic version with 64GB of memory and WiFi connection will cost potential buyers CZK 14,490, for the most equipped 256GB version with a 5G connection they will pay CZK 22,490.

If you want optional accessories – such as the Apple Pencil – you will pay an additional several thousand crowns.

The new iPad mini got a similar design as the iPhone 13, or last year’s twelve. It therefore boasts a more angular construction with straight sides.

Same size, larger display
Thanks to the new design, it was possible to squeeze a larger display into the body as large as its predecessor. It had a 7.9 “display, the novelty attracts an 8.3” diagonal. Unlike iPhones 12 users do not even lose the fingerprint reader, it has moved to the side button.

The USB-C connector, which is more universal than the Apple Lightning interface, should also be an attraction. Newly, it should be easy to connect a wide range of various accessories. You can also connect a mixing desk in this way, which will be appreciated by musicians.

At the back and front we find a 12MPx camera, while the front one has an ultra-wide angle (122 °). The novelty will be available in purple, pink, gold and space gray, will support the second generation Apple Pencil.
