Due to a possible aggravation of the situation, pro-Russian militants are preparing the evacuation of the population in the occupied areas of the Donetsk region (ORDO). In particular, it is planned to take people out of Donetsk.

“According to information coming from the CADR, in some settlements in the temporarily occupied territory, in particular in Donetsk, it is planned to evacuate the local population in connection with a possible aggravation,” the report says.

The General Staff emphasized that any damage that will be caused to people and infrastructure in the CADO is a provocation. The Ukrainian side will inform international organizations about their preparation.

“The occupying country, the Russian Federation, is responsible for the situation in the temporarily occupied territories,” the military said.
