Prince’s Day in Ridderzaal?
The Ridderzaal is now used every year on Budget Day for the United Assembly of the House of Representatives, in which the king delivers the Speech from the Throne. It is still unclear what the third Tuesday of September will look like this year. It does not seem that there could already be a hall full of packed dignitaries.
