Black Box is a joint secret project of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the “Come Back Alive” Army Competent Assistance Foundation and blogger Igor Lachenkov.
Last year, at the request of the GUR, the “Come Back Alive” foundation, together with Lachenkov, raised 230 million hryvnia for the Black Box project, which is a scaling of the previous, also secret initiative with the fund, totaling 40 million hryvnia.
