The second life of the elevator. Estonians see housing, Latvians are still looking for ideas

The real estate company “Reterra” plans to transform the elevator built during the Soviet era in the neighborhood of Hii in the Nemme district of Tallinn into a residential house, the portal “Delfi.ee” reports. It will be a unique and unrepeatable part of a new residential block.

Riga also has a huge variety of industrial facilities, historic and attractive non-residential buildings, including warehouses, warehouses, production buildings, which are waiting their turn to be renovated and transformed.
