The “school timetable” – Waldkirch now applies

Affects rail replacement transport.


ELZTAL. The replacement bus service between Denzlingen and Elzach will run from Monday, May 4th, according to the regular school timetable – supplemented by three additional journeys. The new journeys are offered in the morning on line A (departure Elzach Bahnhof 5.40 a.m., arrival Denzlingen ZOB 6.15 a.m.), in the afternoon on line B (departure Waldkirch Gymnasium 3.20 p.m.; arrival Elzach train station 3.49 p.m .; no stop in Kollnau and Bleibach) and in the evening on line D (departure Denzlingen Bahnhof 6.43 p.m., arrival Waldkirch Hans-Thoma-Straße 7.05 p.m.).

The Südbadenbuses in the RVF area (Freiburg, rural districts of Emmendingen and Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald) will start operating again on Monday, May 4th, according to the school timetable like “before Corona”. Only the night buses after 11 p.m. not yet – however, individual connecting buses to trains and the replacement rail buses continue to operate after 11 p.m.

Individual bus connections were also adjusted due to the limited supply of regional trains. The current timetables can be called up via efa-bw.de or bahn.de. The CustomerCenter Freiburg will be open as usual from Monday, May 4th.
