The Scarlet & Violet Trailer Had a New Pokémon Poison-Steel Engine You Might Have Missed

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet received a new trailer yesterday showcasing the Paldea region, but there’s one thing most viewers missed.

After taking a new direction with Pokémon Legends: Arceus, the Pokémon franchise seems to be expanding widely on the open world formula. Unlike its predecessor, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will feature an open world with no restrictions, giving players the freedom to take on the various Gym Leaders in any order they wish. Aside from that, there’s also a new terastallize mechanic, which will allow certain Pokemon to morph into different types.

One of the most notable aspects of the trailer was the new Pokémon, which included the likes of Fidough, Paldean, Wooper, and Cetitan. However, there is one Pokémon that most viewers missed, and it has been discovered by popular Pokémon leaker Riddler Khu. the riddle khu is famous for throwing leaks in the form of a puzzle, but this time they detected something that was right in front of our eyes.

The new Pokémon that most players might have missed is actually a car engine. Oddly enough, the long-awaited Poison-Steel is an engine. It didn’t take long for fans to notice the car that appeared in the trailer for a couple of seconds, considering it was pretty abrupt. While many passed it off as a mere car, some began to speculate that it is a rumored Pokémon engine.

Riddler Khu confirmed all the speculation earlier today, stating that it is, in fact, the Poison-Steel-type Pokémon that many have been waiting for. The fact that no one is driving the car further confirms the fact that the car is being driven by a Pokémon. As of now, we don’t know the name of the Pokémon, but that detail should also come out very soon.
