An RTI doc has come out proving that Joseph Skaria, the runner-up in the controversial position of Associate Professors at the University of Kannur, has no UGC Web. Among the those who used for the put up of Affiliate Professor, Joseph Skaria did not have the Internet qualification. The RTI doc displays that Priya Varghese bought 70% of the grades and Joseph Skaria bought 52% of grades on the graduation test. (kannur university 2nd degree holder did not have ugc web)
The RTI document also displays that Joseph Skaria scored 55% on the PG examination. Considering that 1991, UGC has started to take into account Net as a main qualification for undergraduate teaching. Joseph Scaria BG certified in 1992.
