The royal family said goodbye to Queen Elizabeth II in Edinburgh

We have already reported that the Queen of Great Britain Elizabeth II, who died at Balmoral Castle, embarked on her last journey yesterday. The dead queen’s coffin was placed in a black hearse at Balmoral and traveled 280km across Scotland to Edinburgh with the funeral procession. The route went through Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth and took six hours.

The funeral procession concluded its journey yesterday in Edinburgh, where the queen’s oak coffin remained for the night in the throne room of Holyroodhouse Palace.

Today, accompanied by the children of Elizabeth II, he was taken to St. Giles’ Cathedral. King Charles III, Princess Anne, Princes Andrew and Edward walked behind the hearse.
