Burj Khalifa become an icon of the city Dubai. Its identity as the world’s tallest skyscraper will be rivaled by Burj Bingatti.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) continues to embark on iconic developments. Now Dubai plans to build the tallest residential building in the world under the name of Burj Binghatti.
According to the New York Post, the Burj Binghatti is a collaboration between the development company of the Emirate of Binghatti and the watch and jewelry maker Jacob&Co. The goal is to break the record as one of the tallest residential buildings in the world.
Burj Binghatti is believed to be breaking the record for the tallest residential building in the world which is currently still held by the Central Park Tower on 57th Street in Manhattan, USA.
Subsequently, Burj Binghatti will have more than 100 floors. The proposed design for the luxury residence at Burj Binghatti is one with two or three bedrooms.

“What Binghatti has done in real estate, creating brands through a distinct design philosophy and architectural identity, is very similar to what Jacob & Co is doing in the world of jewelery and watches. Both of our brands were born from the passion for achieving what pushes the boundaries,” Binghatti CEO Muhammad Binghatti said, as reported by the New York Post.
True to the ultra-luxury lifestyle promoted by developer Burj Binghatti, properties in this residential tower have names like ‘Billionaire Penthouse’. Other designer properties at Burj Binghatti are the Fleur de Jardin Penthouse and the Astronomia Penthouse.
This fantastic building is located in the heart of Business Bay, the financial district of Dubai, where five penthouses are planned to offer the most luxurious and exclusive facilities in Dubai.
To add to the luxurious impression of Burj Binghatti, the top of the world’s tallest residential building will be constructed with a glittering diamond-shaped crown. Amenities include a luxury spa, gymnasium, concierge standing guard as bodyguards, private chef daycare.
Even though it is the tallest residential building in the world, Burj Binghatti still loses out to Burj Khalifa. The Burj Khalifa is 829.8m tall!
