The perimeter closure of Canals has meant the suspension of all the events that the municipality was going to celebrate for Sant Antoni, a local festival. Dozens of neighbors posted photos of their pets on the fences at the entrance to the parish church for their blessing yesterday. On Sunday a Eucharist was also celebrated for the day of Sant Antoni, which was broadcast on local television.
