The Government presented on Tuesday the Procrear 2020 Plan. There are nine programs, of which four are for home improvement and five are mortgage, for home loans.

For now they are underway and the registration of two of the improvement plans, called Microcredits and Refection.

Once the registration closes, those who have the requirements will participate in a draw to be made by the Banco Hipotecario, before a notary public and under the supervision of the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat.

Here is a detail of how to do to enroll, what are the requirements in each case, what can be done with the money and up to what amount will be loaned:

Microcredits Procrear 2020

In this case, they are credits for the purchase of materials for home repairs and finishes, such as repairing leaks, finishing floors, carpentry, gas, sanitary or electrical installations, or painting.

There are 120,000 of these microcredits available, to be granted throughout the country.

Amount: up to $ 50,000

Rate: fixed 24%

Term: 60 months

Works to realize: condensation problems, water and air filtration on roofs and walls, due to the absence of thermal and hydrophobic insulation; interior wall completion; coatings, finishes, seals, paint; replacement of carpentry; replacement of light fixtures in existing outlets, security of exposed installation, replacement of wiring, interior finishes on existing subfloor, etc.

Requirements:

* Be Argentinian, natural or by option, or foreigner with permanent residence.

* Have a valid National Identity Document.

* The family group must have income from formal jobs, Retirements and / or Pensions.

* The sum of the family’s monthly net income must be in the range of one and a half and eight SMVyM units (minimum living and mobile salary) at the time of enrollment. Since each minimum wage is $ 16,875, income of between $ 25,312.5 and $ 135,000 is required, that is, out of pocket after deductions.

* Be between 18 and 65 years of age at the time of registration.

* Be the owner or rent a property that has some kind of qualitative deficit.

* Do not record unfavorable financial history in the last 12 months.

* Not be inhibited.

* Register Situation 1-Normal in the consultation of financial information by CUIL in the Central Bank, during the last twelve months.

The participants, at the time of completing the registration form, may include only one co-owner. In the case of married people, the spouse will be considered co-owner automatically. The owner and the co-owner must be united by marriage, cohabitation or de facto union, provided that the addresses declared by the owner and co-owner coincide, in all cases these links must be registered.

Improvement / Refurbishment Loans Procrear 2020

Those who register in this line will not be able to present themselves to the Expansion, Construction and Microcredit Improvements. In this case there are 70,000 loans, also for the entire country.

Amount: there are three options. $ 100,000, $ 250,000 or $ 500,000 can be ordered

Rate: fixed 24%

Deadlines: 120 months for the $ 100,000 and $ 250,000 loans and 180 months for the $ 500,000 loan.

Procreate 2020: How are the disbursements?

Credits of $ 100,000 and $ 250,000: 50% must be consumed by credit card and only 50% can go to labor, which can be spent once 75% of the materials have been purchased.

$ 500,000 credits: will be given in two disbursements of 50%. The first when the loan is approved and the second against work progress.
