Visitors are rare at the Grand Reims Tourist Office located on the forecourt of the cathedral. In fact, his shop, which offers souvenirs from the city of coronations, but also creations by local artists and artisans, is idling. In an attempt to boost sales and take advantage of the end-of-year celebrations, the Tourist Office has therefore resolved, like the number of shops since the start of the health crisis, to set up a “click and collect” service. “. The shop’s products are presented and highlighted on the Facebook page which is now dedicated to it: “Boutique Reims Tourisme”. “This page will be an opportunity to keep in touch with our customers, to present new products and to announce new offers”, welcomes the Reims Tourist Office. Once your choice has been made, all you have to do is contact the advisers (Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and order: either by email at [email protected], or via the store’s Facebook page. and its instant messaging Messenger, either by telephone on 06 45 43 99 91. Another novelty, the advisers are also available on WhatsApp and respond via this same number. Once the order has been placed, all you have to do is pick it up directly at the store.
Finally, on the occasion of the launch of the service, each customer can benefit until December 15 from a 10% reduction on all items in the shop (excluding bookstores). In addition, during this period, for any order of a minimum of 10 euros a surprise gift is offered.
