- be registered in the Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings from January 1, 2024 until March 11, 2024 or be among the persons entitled to return, as provided for in A1180/23 KYA of the Ministers of National Economy and Finance, Rural Development and Food and of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority.
