The card obviously has a reference design and it doesn’t matter that it is a PowerColor (AXRX 6900XT 16GBD6-MW2DHC). Due to the designation Bulk, it can also be assumed that it is not a boxed version, which, moreover, fully corresponds to the fact that these cards are not intended for retail.

Can they be offered in this way at all? This is already a question that should be addressed by the seller rather than the customer, and we know that Mindfactory.de does not bother much with such things, as they have shown even with the very premature sale of processors.
