The program is by its nature a tough physical and mental struggle, where the contestants have to push their endurance to the limit at times. For example, already in the first episode of the program, it becomes clear that not all participants are able to perform the same physical tasks.

We asked the contestants of the program at the press conference if they felt like giving up in the middle. A surprising number of people answered that it came to mind very quickly.
