At the heart of this year’s festival program is man. During the festival, through discussions, innovative, challenging and socially active films, the transformation of human life in the age of technology will be explored, and answers to the question – what is modern man? What is the significance of humanity today? Selections from local and international curators will focus on topics such as artificial intelligence (Astra Zoldnere), transhumanism “Homo ex machina” (philosophy magazine “Tverums”), secular resonance of violence and exploitation (Richard Thomson, UK) and Quirks (Augusta Chichel, Lithuania). Even before the festival, on April 5, there will be an online discussion “I’m Only a Man” on Radio Naba with the participation of program curators.

In response to the current situation, curators Olga Gusiatinskaya and Sasha Shamanina from the Kiev International Short Film Festival
