Announced as a low-cost version for weeks, the Xbox Series S would finally be in the belly according to a renowned insider.
While an announcement of the Xbox Series S could take place during the month of August according to the latest rumors, we learn a little more about the supposed power of the machine known by the code name Lockhart.
Tom Warren from The Verge said a while ago that the processor of the Xbox Series S will be clocked at the same speed as that of the Series X and that the machine would benefit from 7.5 GB of usable memory and a 4 teraFLOPS graphics processor.
It rekindles the flame today by specifying that the Xbox Series S would be able to support Ray Tracing technology and its processor would be faster than that of the PS5
to the “Lockhart will hold back next-gen” crowd:
• Lockhart CPU is faster than PS5
• Lockhart supports raytracing
• Game developers have been building PC titles for multiple GPUs for… decades???’??’?

However, he qualifies his remarks by specifying to a user that that doesn’t mean the Xbox Serie S has a power similar to the PS5, without specifying which one surpasses the other.
I’m sorry you’re unable to read properly. I never suggested Lockhart “is similar powerful as PS5.”

In another tweet, the reporter said that if the developers had to worry about a console, it was not the “low-cost” version of the Xbox Series X, but the PS5.
I guess we should start worrying about the PS5 holding back next-gen gaming in your world then
