The President of Argentina intends to extend the state of closure due to Coruna

Argentine President Alberto Fernandez plans on Saturday to announce an extension of the full closure imposed to tackle the Coronavirus, his spokesman announced.

On Friday, Bloomberg News reported that the spokesman gave no further details about the timing or extension.

The country’s current quarantine measures will end on Sunday.

Argentina had previously eased restrictions on total closures in some provinces.
