Industrial enterprises and some settlements in the west of Kazakhstan were left without electricity on the evening of July 3. Residents of Aktau and Atyrau spoke about power outages. Atyrau refinery was left without power supply. The reason is that power unit No. 1 with a load of 130 MW was switched off at the thermal power plant of MAEK LLP.

The Ministry of Energy reported that large oil companies in Mangystau and some consumers in Atyrau are under the restriction.

According to the latest data, residents of houses in 15, 17, 11 districts of Aktau, as well as villagers from Kyzyltobe, reported a partial power outage. Citizens leave complaints in the Telegram chat of the akim of the Mangistau region.
