The Genesis brand, which forms the premium segment of the Hyundai Motor Group, is already working on a modernized version of its luxury SUV GV70, but even before that, in cooperation with the German off-road vehicle specialist Delta Geländesport, it decided to give it a more adventurous character.

The Genesis GV70 Project Overland prototype is a very unusual combination of a luxury SUV and off-road equipment, which is already revealed at first glance by the distinctive roof rack with rescue plates, additional lighting, trunks and rescue tools. Another additional lighting was placed in the front bumper.

In addition, the chassis has been increased and the body widened by 50 mm, thanks to which the car acts even more strongly on the roads. New 18-inch Classic B-Rugged black-painted wheels, shod with Continental ATR all-terrain tires, have moved into the modified wheel arches, thanks to which the adventure special should handle even more demanding terrain.

If you already want to order the car, we have to disappoint you. The GV70 Project Overland is only a prototype to show the unique combination of luxury and off-road capabilities that Delta Geländesport has been enhancing in various models for over 40 years.

But those who are still captivated by the new prototype and would like to see it live will have the opportunity from December 1 to 10, when it will be exhibited at the Continental stand at the Essen Motor Show.
