I know it’s a long time. All we can do at this point is to apologize and offer compensation. Every person who orders a PlayStation 5 from us, regardless of whether they want to wait for delivery with us or cancel the order, will receive a voucher from us. 100 zlotys for any purchases in x-com can be used by the end of this year.

Finally, it is worth noting that the problems with the delivery of PS5 consoles to x-kom are most likely due to the fact that this store is not an authorized Sony partner (such as, for example, Media Markt). You should also remember that similar cases may happen to other sellers, because all the time is said to be with limited availability of new generation equipment.
