That the 911 is definitely not the only one has been valid since the beginning of Porsche, but even more so today. Like the other models of the brand, the GTS version is a more powerful civilian variant and is traditionally set for experiences on ordinary roads, unlike the hardcore GT versions, which sacrifice part of this character in favor of ring roads, or the Turbo variant, which is a kind of highway express.

The 992 generation arrives as a GTS in the body of the Targa coupe, convertible and “semi-convertible”, where all-wheel drive is mandatory, while the coupe and convertible can also be rear-wheelers.

The six-cylinder engine with counter-rotating pistons achieves a maximum output of 353 kW, 480 hp, which is 22 kW (30 hp) more than the current 911 Carrera S and the previous version of the 911 GTS. A specific sound accompaniment is provided by a customized sports exhaust system for the GTS.

The 911 Carrera 4 GTS Coupé with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission accelerates from the spot to 100 km / h in 3.3 seconds, three tenths faster than its predecessor. As an alternative to the PDK, it is possible to choose a seven-speed manual transmission with shortened shift paths.

The suspension system with auxiliary springs and the system of electronically controlled shock absorbers take over the GTS coupe and convertible from the Turbo version, as well as the brake system. Targa GTS uses the chassis of the Targa 4 S version with the mentioned shock absorbers.

20 and 21-inch black alloy wheels (front and rear, respectively) with a central lock nut were also taken over from the 911 Turbo model. You can visually recognize the GTS by the black elements of the body and the aerodynamic bodykit. Inside, Plus sports seats are standard, and in addition to plaques, the GTS also differs with Race-Tex microfiber upholstery and carbon decors.
