The Pittsburgh Steelers suffer their second consecutive loss to the Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills, led by Josh Allen, who threw for 238 yards and two touchdowns, inflicted the Pittsburgh Steelers their second consecutive loss by beating them 26-15 at New York’s Orchard Park in the NFL Week 14 game.

The Pittsburgh Steelers, who despite the defeat are already mathematically qualified for the playoffs, were the only undefeated in the NFL with an 11-0 record before losing to Washington FT for 23-17 on December 7 and this Sunday before the Buffalo Bills.

Buffalo’s team started lower on the scoreboard (0-7 in the second quarter) and then scored 23 straight points that catapulted them to victory.

Josh Allen completed 24 of 43 passes and assisted for touchdown to Stefon Diggs (10 receptions, 130 yards) and Gabriel Davis. Taron Johnson he also had an interception return for a touchdown.

After this game, the Steelers are leaders of the North Division of the American Conference (AFC) with the aforementioned record of 11-2 and the Bills of the East Division of the same conference with 10-3, in his case still without a mathematical ticket for the playoffs.

The only ones who have secured the playoffs in addition to the Steelers are the New Orleans Saints, who lost 24-21 to the Philadelphia Eagles but they lead the South Division of the National Conference (NFC) with a record of 10-3. The Eagles, with the newbie Jalen Hurts throwing a touchdown pass and rushing for 106 yards in his first start, they ended a nine-game winning streak by the Saints, who lost for the first time in their four games without the injured Drew Brees.
