For Aurélien Azan, president of the parents’ association of the George Sand school in Villejuif (Val-de-Marne) the closure of 10 classes planned for the next school year still does not pass. Like many others, he occupied his children’s school this Friday morning between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. to protest against a risk of “overloaded classes” next September. With the support of the municipality and the teachers’ unions, the parents of students were present in the 31 schools of the municipality (26 schools and 5 colleges).
