After the scandal, Shapovalova, who by the way is the secretary of the party branch and a graduate in the field of foreign languages, decided to justify herself and came up with an absurd explanation for her inappropriate outfit. A message appeared on United Russia’s public page in the Belgorod region indicating that the inscription on her outfit means the word “Party”.
