The record tour of the band, born Riccardo Zanotti, Elio Biffi, Nicola Buttafuoco, Matteo Locati, Simone Pagani and Lorenzo Pasini, will touch a total of eleven stadiums, for over half a million people, and will cross Italy until the date of September 9 at the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia. «We enter the “temple” of San Siro as visitors – commented the group – and with humility. However, we are ready to offer a dense show in the stadiums, for an audience with different tastes. We will always be an inclusive band.”
The show’s program includes a succession of twists, fireworks, lights, projections, quotes and an alternation between moments to dance and others during which to think. «We worked a lot on the lineup – they said – and on the scenic ideas related to our individual talents. There is also a DJ set with a medley of all hits left out of the lineup. The picture is that of a show that is not made to be contemplated but to be continually surprising». A party thought big, that of the Nuclear Tactical Penguins, who in over two hours of show summed up the story of a young band that from small clubs has now come to repeatedly fill all or almost all stages of a tour. «Being a band today – explained the Penguins – is different from being a solo artist. In live there isn’t just one “iron man”, because six of us can take turns and build that balance which is one of the most important things on stage. fare rock’n’roll counts, but the show is also done with restraint, understanding well how to move». The “six for the price of one” recipe represents the magic formula that the Nuclear Tactical Penguins have decided to stage on this tour as well.
«Bands with a frontman are destined to end – Riccardo commented – because the model that works is the one in which everyone has their part. We create an idea of union and brotherhood and we are like a small factory in Val Seriana». That of the six boys from Bergamo conquering the stadiums is also a show designed for everyone. «It’s a multi-level live – they explained – and also enjoyable by those who know only three songs and come to sing them with their boyfriend or girlfriend. Someone comes even for just one piece but must be able to enjoy the same incredible show».
