The Nîmes CHU is looking for volunteers to participate in aa remunerated therapeutic trial, as part of a study on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). It is responsible for bronchiolitis in newborns and lung infections and cardio-respiratory complications in the elderly. According to the researchers, A new vaccine recently it has shown “excellent efficiency” in fighting this virus. The Infectious and Tropical Diseases Service of the University Hospital of Nîmes wants to know if this vaccine is particularly compatible with the one against influenza.

The study consists of:

  • Two or three visits to the CHU
  • A phone call after six months
  • A fee of 275 euros

To participate, you must therefore be over 65 and not yet vaccinated against the flu for the 2022/2023 season.
