Launched by Frenchman Olivier Bertin, the “French Walks & Sunday Roasts” meetings are back. After a short break of a few months, the Sunday hikes intended for French-speaking walking enthusiasts have therefore been relaunched. The goal remains the same: discover the English countryside and meet new people.
The next walk is scheduled for Sunday February 26 and will start in Wimbledon for a course of 18.5 kilometers. Walkers will travel to Cannizaro Park, Richmond Royal Park and discover The Isabella Plantation, a beautiful garden, to join part of the Thames Path. A simple route accessible to everyone.
The meeting is given at 10am in front of Wimbledon station. It is recommended to prepare small snacks, in case the pubs on the way to this hike are full.
