OR PS5 completed two year old on the market last month – and the more time passes, the closer we seem to updated hardware for the console. This could apparently happen as early as fiscal 2023, according to Hideaki Nishino, senior vice president of platform experience at Sony.
In an interview with the Japanese magazine Famitsu, the executive shared plans for the future of the Japanese giant, but was very subtle. He can’t talk about “details” right now, but he suggests the news could be announced or released closer to fiscal 2023, which starts in April.
By the end of fiscal 2022, cumulative sales will exceed 37 million units and we believe it will be a very important moment for the platform as well. I won’t be able to talk about the details right now, but I hope you’re looking forward to next year. [2023].
Such PS5 news comes shortly after insider Tom Henderson, a source of good credibility in the industry, says that the supposedly new model with removable disc player “works perfectly” e it is already in the hands of some developers🇧🇷 Anyway, better wait for more official information.
