Paloma Szerman, manager of Public Policies of WhatsApp for Latin America, went through the microphones of La Nube to talk about the new program that they will implement to train entrepreneurs
with their businesses in Colombia.
“It is a program that we will be launching this Friday (…) WhatsApp Business
can be downloaded in the same way as traditional WhatsApp, it has a lot of tools that were designed to help entrepreneurs and businesses, create profiles for free and handle in an easy way, ”he explained.
Szerman highlighted the advantages that this business modality brings to people, since a more personalized communication and service with customers can be achieved. In addition, he listed the options that WhatsApp Business has.
