The new 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition [사진 제공 = 포르쉐코리아]– The Targa series, the style icon of the 8th generation Porsche 911, has landed in Korea.
Porsche Korea (CEO Holga Geerman) announced on the 14th that it will further strengthen its 911 product portfolio by unveiling the new 911 Targa lineup. There are three types of products to be released this time:’Targa 4S’,’Targa 4′, and’Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition,’ which reflects cutting-edge innovations in heritage design elements.
The Porsche 911 Targa line inherits the characteristics of the original 1965 Targa, including an innovative automated roof system, a wide Targa roll bar, a movable roof section above the front seats and wraparound rear windows. The roof can be opened and closed in 19 seconds.

The interior of the new 911 Targa 4S [사진 제공 = 포르쉐코리아]– The 911 Targa 4S and 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Editions are equipped with a 3-liter, six-cylinder twin turbocharged boxer engine to show powerful power such as a maximum output of 458 horsepower and a top speed of 304 km/h. (Sports Chrono Package) It takes only 3.6 seconds. The 911 Targa 4 boasts outstanding performance with a peak output of 392 hp and a top speed of 289 km/h, and it takes 4.2 seconds to accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h.
The new 911 Targa line is equipped with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and intelligent all-wheel drive Porsche Traction Management as standard, providing powerful driving pleasure. The 911 Targa is the first model to support adaptive cruise control, and the front axle lifting system that can increase the ground clearance is provided as an option to increase the convenience of daily driving.
The contemporary reinterpretation of the elegant and luxurious design reflects the design elements of the 992 model generation. Compared to the previous generation, the wheel housing on the front is more pronounced, and the bonnet between the LED headlights is reminiscent of the original 911 design. The rear is wider, with an extended rear spoiler and an elegant light bar that is seamlessly integrated to complete the design.
The interior interior is reminiscent of the 911 Carrera model, and the dashboard of the concave instrument panel, inspired by the 911 model of the 1970s, features a clear, straight line design. The engine tachometer (tachometer) typical of Porsche is two thin, frameless displays that provide the driver with more information.

The new 911 Targa 4S [사진 제공 = 포르쉐코리아]– In particular, the 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition is a model that reinterprets design elements from the 1950s to the early 1960s, and comes with four additional exterior colors along with exclusive cherry metallic colors. The 1963 Porsche Crest, steering wheel, wheel center and vehicle keys on the bonnet further highlight the connectivity of the past and present. The interior reflects the heritage design with exclusive two-tone leather in combination with Atacama beige OLEA club leather and Bordeaux red or black leather.
The selling prices of the new 911 Targa 4S, 911 Targa 4, and 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Editions are 189.6 million won, 172.7 million won and 2440.7 million won, respectively.
