Not long ago, you were invited to discover an extract from « Summer of Love », the new title of Shawn Mendes coming out very soon. And today, we’re going on a different note with London Grammar. In the video, the leader takes us to a typical American place: dinner. Leaning on the bar, she sings pensively: But all our time chasing America / But she never had a home for me / All our time chasing a dream / A dream that means nothing to me”. In an interview for Purebreak, Hannah Reid says: “I use the idea of the American dream to describe something that happened to me. When you are an artist, you absorb everything that is happening around you. The situation and the tension unfolding in America unconsciously had a big influence and it pushed me to write a song about it. London Grammar will perform on September 12 in Paris during the We Love Green festival, of which we share all the information.
