The memory of Princess Grace honored in the United States

A reception was held in his honor and that of Prince Albert II in the heart of the Embassy of Monaco in the United States.

Princess Grace, emblematic of the Principality, has an exhibition dedicated to her. Currently in Washington DC, the Hillwood Museum Estate and Gardens presents the timeless style and elegance of the Princess through her dresses and in particular those created by Dior.

For the occasion, the Embassy of Monaco in the United States organized a reception to mark the 40th anniversary of the disappearance of the Princess but also to celebrate the anniversary of the accession of Prince Albert II. Many ambassadors, officials of the American government and actors of the cultural life accepted the invitation.

Monaco and the United States, a cultural partnership

Monaco exhibits outside its borders. In addition to Princess in Dior, the Principality is currently presenting a series of photographs in partnership with the Prince Albert II Foundation at the Kennedy Center. Other photos are on display at the French Embassy in the United States. The latter focuses on the Legends of Monaco.

But the most anticipated event of the year is certainly the performance of the Ballets de Monte-Carlo in America. It will take place in November, at the Kennedy Center and the dancers will perform the ballet Cinderella.
