WASHINGTON, KOMPAS.TV – The United States (US) strongly condemns Myanmar’s military junta’s increasingly massive steps in massacring demonstrators who opposed the coup.
It was reported that more than 100 people were killed when the military junta celebrated Armed Forces Day, Saturday (27/3/2021).
This is the highest number of casualties in one day since the military junta’s coup carried out on February 1.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said he was horrified by what the Myanmar military junta was doing and strongly condemned what they were doing.
“It shows the junta will sacrifice many people’s lives, just to serve a few,” Blinken was quoted as saying BBC.
“The courage of the people of Myanmar in rejecting a military regime that is full of terror,” he added.
