At the start of the day this Monday, January 11, the organizers still believed in it: private duathlon and triathlon in 2020, the Trityc (Triathlon Thionville Yutz Club) wanted to organize a race on February 6 in Yutz, at the Aeropark. She was baptized “In the masked run ohé ohé” in a nod to the carnival. The municipality had given the green light, a meeting was scheduled with the technical services. Participation was limited to 500 bibs, no supplies or registration on site.
The town hall has since had to review its position. The meeting will not finally be able to take place because of the health crisis which does not weaken.
