In June of this year, Carlos Miguel, 26, was shot in the face as he left his mother and 15-year-old sister at home. The bandits were unable to take anything, but ended up leaving Carlos with broken bones and missing some teeth. He has had two reconstructive surgeries but his teeth are missing. He now he will have new teeth.
