To date, the San Luis Cinema Theater has extended its warm embrace to more than 3,000 visitors, coming from various corners of San Luis, neighboring provinces and even from distant countries such as Uruguay, Cuba, the United States, Spain and Germany.
Its growing popularity has made it a true tourist attraction, where lovers of art and culture from all over the world congregate; a place where the magic of the show merges with the hospitality of San Luis to create unique and unforgettable experiences.
Every week, the Cine Teatro receives dozens of visitors who want to explore its fascinating interior. The majestic building opens its doors from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., offering the opportunity to delve into the rich history and artistic splendor that this place has to offer.
Guided tours are free and offer the public a unique opportunity to go “behind the scenes”, revealing everything that is normally hidden during event days.
The tour begins in the imposing foyer, where visitors are received with a detailed introduction about the construction and evolution of this cultural space. As they progress through the tour, participants have the opportunity to explore both the general dressing rooms and the exclusive VIP dressing rooms and discover the secrets of the performers before heading out on stage.
On the other hand, visitors will also have the opportunity to get closer to the annex building, which is used for teaching Stage Production Workshops, given by renowned local trainers.
