The night before Sister Abhaya was killed, she saw a dog barking and a man standing outside the gate of a convent in Nokia. The sister was studying in the living room at the time.
“In the morning I heard a long barking of a dog. Sounds like a pot overturning from the kitchen below. When the dog’s bark did not stop, he looked out the window. Then I saw a man in a red shirt walking by, ”he told the CBI.
The CBI could not find out whether the person who was seen outside the convent at 10.30 pm and the person who was seen walking outside the gate in the morning were one and the same.
