Karl Heinisch was a German painter.
He was the son of a chancellor. After studying at the Royal Academy
of the Fine Arts in Munich, he was represented almost every year from 1879 to 1913 at the Munich annual exhibitions with motifs from Upper Bavaria and Lake Constance.
The work of the artist, who works as an open-air painter, can be stylistically assigned to the circle of the Munich School and Wilhelm von Diez.
