The lawyer defending the Capitol lectern robber gives a brutally honest opinion on the case and it’s a lot of fun

Ehe lawyer for Adam Johnson, the guy who took home during the assault on the Capitol building in Washington and put Nancy Pelosi’s lectern up for auction on eBay, admitted on January 12, 2021 that the case against his client is impossible of win.

Dan Eckhart, Adam’s defense attorney, better known as “Via Getty,” surprisingly admitted to reporters yesterday that the case is literally “open and closed” against his client.

“They have a photograph of our client in a building, without authorization to be there, with what appears to be a podium or a lectern, I’m not sure which one is called. But that’s what we have.

A journalist, almost saddened, comments:

“Obviously that’s a problem for you as a defense attorney.”

To which Eckhart responds:

Yes, I don’t know how else to explain that. But yes, that would be a problem. I am not a magician. So yes, we have a photograph of our client in what appears to be inside a federal building or the Capitol with federal property. “

In reality, Eckhart’s job will not be to claim that his defendant is innocent, but to argue that Johnson’s actions weren’t that bad compared to the other rioters and hopefully a judge will take pity on his stupidity.

Another story that has hit the media is one of Johnson’s friends, Jake Angeli, refused to eat in prison because the food was not organic.

Angeli was the guy dressed as an extra in Braveheart with face paint, buffalo hide, and Viking helmet.

He is now facing charges in court for disorderly conduct, trespassing and being illegally in restricted spaces on the Capitol grounds.

The ‘Buffalo Man’ has not eaten since he was arrested, his attorney explained in a virtual hearing in federal court on Monday, according to The Arizona Republic.

The Q-Anon supporter’s mother, Martha Chansley, explained that her son insists on eating only organic food.

“You get very sick if you don’t eat organic food.”

Angeli is now being fed organic food because he is a shaman and forcing him to eat regular foods violates his religious rights.

All of this will become a crazy documentary one day.
